At TS Healthcare LTD, our Children and Family Support Services (CAFSS) are designed to provide comprehensive, tailored support that places the welfare, voice, and best interests of the child at the heart of everything we do.
Our specialist team comprised of social care professionals, therapists, advocates, and trained mediators works closely with families, local authorities, and partner agencies to reduce barriers, improve communication, and create lasting, positive change. We are a diverse company with a CQC rating of ‘GOOD’ in all areas.
We provide various services to assist local authorities and other organisations, including crisis support, parent-child assessments, supervised contact, secure transport, return home interviews, behaviour management, mentoring, and home-care.
Our services are designed to address the unique needs of Service Users and to provide effective and compassionate support. Our Comprehensive CAFSS Services Include:

Crisis Support: 

Our service offers immediate assistance to individuals facing critical situations. We provide timely intervention, assessment, and support to the ensure safety and well-being of those in crisis. All our staff are highly trained and have received training in PACE, PRICE, Ligature Risk Management, Self-Harm, Suicide Ideation, Mental Health, DOLS, ODD and Autism. 

Home Care Services:

Our Home Care Services are tailored to offer personalised support to individuals needing assistance with daily activities. This service encompasses a range of circumstances, including neglect, illness, disability, or age-related challenges. We offer skilled and compassionate care givers who deliver high-quality care in the comfort of the individual’s own home, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. 

Outreach Services: 

Our outreach services aim to reach individuals and families that are facing challenging circumstances and offer relief and support to optimise their lives. Our dedicated teams engage with the community and offer guidance and support to access necessary services. 

Community Support: 

Our staff assist individuals in accessing community services and essential resources that promote well-being and personal development. This includes social service support schemes, education and skill development, health and wellness programs, as well as recreational and cultural activities. Our staff can also facilitate access to these activities. 

Therapeutic Services (25+ Specialisms): A wide range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to emotional, behavioural, developmental, and psychological needs.
Psychological Assessment Specification: Detailed evaluations carried out by qualified psychologists to assess mental health, cognitive ability, emotional wellbeing, and risk.
Parent & Child Community and Residential Assessment: Structured, outcome-focused assessments to determine parenting capacity in a supported setting, with 24/7 supervision where required.
Speech and Language Therapy: Supporting children with speech delays, communication disorders, and social interaction difficulties.
Special Guardianship Order (SGO) Support: Ongoing support and assessment of families involved in SGO arrangements to ensure stability and child wellbeing.
Return Home Interviews: Independent debriefs with children following a missing episode, ensuring their voice is heard and safeguarding concerns are identified.
Family Group Conference (FGC): Neutral and inclusive meetings to empower families to plan for a child’s future with support from trained facilitators.
Parenting Plans & Mediation: Helping separated parents agree on safe and structured parenting plans while reducing conflict and future legal disputes.
Positive Behaviour Support & Activities: Specialist behaviour management strategies combined with engaging, developmental activities to encourage resilience and positive outcomes.
Parent & Child Assessments: Specialist behaviour management strategies combined with engaging, developmental activities to encourage resilience and positive outcomes.
Parent & Child Assessments: Delivered either in the community or residentially to assess parenting skills and identify support needs, supervised by trained professionals.
Occupational Therapy: Helping children develop essential life skills, fine and gross motor function, and improve daily independence through specialist OT input.
Secure Transport Services: Safe, respectful, and fully monitored transport for children and young people in crisis or high-risk situations—staffed by trained escorts.
Parental Advocacy & Mentoring: Empowering parents through advocacy, mentoring, and support in navigating social care, court processes, and child welfare services.
Supervised Contact Sessions: Neutral, safe spaces where children can maintain meaningful relationships with family members under professional supervision.

Staffing Solutions: 

We recognise the critical role that qualified and dedicated staff play in delivering effective services. Our staffing solutions provide Local Authorities with a pool of skilled professionals. We ensure that our staff members are well trained, experienced, and aligned with the values and goals of the Local Authority.  We make sure that they are correctly matched to any given assignment. We can provide highly trained staff within 3 hours. All our staff are working towards Level 3 (name qualification) and have at least 2 years of experience with vulnerable young people, children, and other groups.
