Our service offers immediate assistance to individuals facing critical situations. We provide timely intervention, assessment, and support to the ensure safety and well-being of those in crisis.
All our staff are highly trained and have received training in PACE, PRICE, Ligature Risk Management, Self-Harm, Suicide Ideation, Mental Health, DOLS, ODD and Autism.

Behavioural Support:

Using evidence-based strategies, we work with families to understand and manage challenging behaviours. Our professionals promote positive behaviour patterns, emotional regulation, and coping strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Movement & Coordination:

Located near the scenic Cannock Chase, the home offers both tranquillity and opportunities for outdoor activities. Each young person has their own spacious bedroom — personalised to their tastes — and benefits from tailored care plans developed in close collaboration with professionals and families. The Fallows is ideal for children with emotional and behavioural needs, including those transitioning to fostering or supported accommodation in line with their care plans.
